Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates (USA)
We ship to all 50 states. All orders qualify for free standard shipping, with no minimum order value required.
Note: Heavy items such as whole-house water softeners or large carbon tanks may incur an oversize freight surcharge, which will be noted on the product page.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, high-volume periods (e.g., holidays), or incorrect address information. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once a package has left our facility.
PO Boxes and Military Addresses (APO/FPO)
We are able to ship small filter cartridges and lightweight accessories to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We are unable to ship heavy filtration equipment (systems, tanks, housings) to PO Boxes, as these require standard carrier delivery.
Multiple Shipments
Orders containing items from different product lines or suppliers may be shipped separately and could arrive in multiple packages on different days. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO addresses as noted above.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, misdelivered, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed for shipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Bottles Travel LLC is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is secure.
